A Simple, Merit-Based Admission Process

Admission is a simple, transparent process built around getting to know your child. It comprises a short written test and an interview, so we can place every child at the level that suits them best.

Applicant must have passed the previous examination at the last school attended.
Applicant must have cleared all the fee dues in the last school attended and must be in possession of the TC.
Applicant must have no criminal history.

How We Evaluate Applicants

Admissions are strictly on merit. Every applicant goes through an entrance test followed by an interview with the Principal. The entrance test assesses the child's knowledge in English, Urdu, Math and Science as per their grade level.

Rules & Regulations

Guidelines For Students & Parents

These rules and regulations are framed to keep students and guardians informed of the Academy's policy. All students are expected to abide by them at all times. The school reserves the right to dismiss students whose progress is unsatisfactory or whose conduct is harmful to others.

  • Students are to be polite and respectful at all times to the school staff, i.e. Principal, Vice Principal, Heads of Department, Teachers, General Office Staff, and canteen/bookshop/school bus operators, as well as any external staff employed by the school.
  • All students and staff members must be present at the school assembly.
  • National Anthem & Pledge: Pupils who are Pakistani citizens must sing the National Anthem and take the Pledge, with the right hand over the heart.
  • Students should carry their school diary every day to school.
  • Students must bring their textbooks, notebooks, and other needed items with them, and must prepare their lessons well.
  • Students must keep their books and notebooks clean and in proper order.
  • Homework and tasks must be completed with due interest and care. Work should be neat, tidy and fair.
  • Work must be submitted for correction as instructed by the teacher; negligence will call for punishment and fine.
  • Leave applications must be submitted duly signed by the parents to the class teacher. A medical certificate is required for a sick leave of three or more days.
  • Students are expected to actively participate in the classroom. Sleeping, shouting across the room, making unnecessary noise, or disturbing others is not permitted.
  • No shouting, whistling, or running in the school building is allowed at any time.
  • Students are advised to mark their name on books, bags, pencil boxes, and tiffin carriers.
  • Students are not allowed to bring expensive items to school. The school is not responsible for the loss of any such items.
  • Students are encouraged to practice friendliness, brotherhood, politeness, punctuality, and diligence, both at school and at home.
  • It is the responsibility of every student to keep the school premises neat and clean.
  • Students are not allowed to bring mobile phones to school. If, for any important reason, student brings in a mobile phone, parents must submit a written application or share via WhatsApp, mentioning the reason. Student must submit mobile phone to the coordinator as soon as he/she enters the school premises and take back while going home. Use of mobile during school hours is not allowed, unless instructed otherwise.

  • Except for a small pair of earrings for girls, no other jewellery item is allowed.
  • No nail polish is allowed.
  • No make-up in any form is allowed (exceptions made for school plays, etc.).
  • Hair must be of its natural color and not tinted or dyed.
  • Boys' hair must be kept short with no fanciful styling. It should not touch the ears at the sides or the collar at the back.
  • Hair must be kept clean and neat at all times, and nails should be cut short and clean.
  • All students must be in full prescribed school uniform (dress, footwear, etc.). Modifications to the uniform are not allowed.
  • A student who is not habitually clean or properly dressed in uniform will be sent home.
  • Students must wear black shoes with white socks. Colorful laces, trimmings, printed designs, or brand names are not allowed.

  • Defacing or damaging school property is unacceptable, including writing messages on desks, chairs, and walls.
  • Writing on the classroom whiteboard is not allowed unless prior permission is obtained from a teacher.
  • Please save water and electricity. Lights and fans should be switched off when not in use.
  • Any damage done to the school's or other's property must be replaced by the one responsible for it.

The following areas are out of bounds to all pupils unless accompanied by a teacher or with a teacher's permission:

  • General Office
  • Staff Room
  • Computer Lab
  • Science Lab
  • Games and Equipment Rooms

  • Guardians are requested to inform the Academy immediately of any change of address or telephone number, so the Academy can stay in touch.
  • Guardians are requested to check the school diary regularly and sign it as proof of having reviewed it.

If parents wish to withdraw their child from the school, they must give one month's notice in writing and clear all school dues in lieu of such notice.
